What do the stars do

Up in the sky,

Higher than the wind can blow,

Or the clouds can fly?

Each star in its own glory

Circles, circles still;

As it was lit to shine and set,

And do its Maker's will.

お星さまが何を

空の上でしているか、

風吹くよりも高いところ

もしくは雲よりも上を飛んだりして？

どの星も自ら輝き

くるくる、巡る、

太陽がゆるり昇り落ちても、

仕組まれたとおりに。
