250. 牛が通り（市場）を通過中、誰か手を出し死なせたなら、所有者は訴訟において（雇用者に対して）請求為し得ず。
If while an ox is passing on the street (market) some one push it, and kill it, the owner can set up no claim in the suit (against the hirer).
250. 雄牛が通りを抜けるとき、人を突いて死に至らしむも、この件に咎めなし。
